Our unique birth plates are the perfect gift for new babies.  They are a one-of-a-kind gift that has the baby's name, birth date, and all of the statistics.  Parents will treasure this personalized gift always.  Statistics can be on the front or listed on the back.  If you would like them on the back, please specify in the special notes area.

Hand painted pottery may have slight imperfections in the pottery or the glaze.
These imperfections are characteristics of a handmade unique item and should not be considered defects.
