group party: After Hours Party

TERMS: After hours policy agreement

• Minimum requirement is 12 painters and we can accommodate up to 40 people.  A $25 fee will be charged for each person under the requirement.
• The cost is $10 per person plus the price of pottery.
• It includes 2.5 hours of studio time.  All painters must be done painting and checked out at the 2.5 hour mark.  You can continue to paint or just party for $25 per half hour. If it is decided to rent additional time, the first $25 is taken from the initial deposit.  Each additional half hour is received at the end of the night in one lump sum.
• Staff assistance, paint, supplies, glazing and firing are included.
• Private parties are available after normal business hours.
• After hours parties will be scheduled no earlier than 30 minutes after closing. 
•  Parties are scheduled Tuesday, Wednesday, and Saturday.
• Pottery Creations will open 20 minutes prior to the party to set up decorations, snacks and drinks.  If you require additional time, it will be charged to the final bill ($25 per half hour).
